All help is greatly recieved.

No skills are needed and you don't need to be a man mountain there are jobs for all shapes and sizes.

Just drop down in some clothes you don't mind getting mucky lend a hand.

Don't forget once we've finished its a quick nip home for a shower and then back for the Slipway laying supper in the evening, a hearty meal and some gossip to end the day.
